Gulabo Sitabo makers have perhaps done the right thing to release the film on Amazon Prime , rather than waiting for a theatrical release. It’s a big disappointment coming from director Shoojit Sircar , who has earlier directed Piku, October, Vicky Donor, and Madras Café .   Half of the appeal of an article lies in its title, and this article’s title would score not more than 5 on a scale of 1 to 10. I chose to read it not because I liked the title, but because I found the context very relatable. The context was spot on, but the content was a little off the mark.  Quoting news and data right in the beginning is a very smart move for a writer. Also, the stories (maybe real-life incidents with fake names or imagined scenarios) add an extra layer of interest to the article.  However, the images with the article seem to overpower the written content. And ‘lurking’ comments is wrong English. People pass lewd comments or sarcastic comments or dirty comments or hilarious comments, never ‘lurking comments’. Disappointed here, I must say.
