SUICIDE IS NOT THE SOLUTION
The world is an unfair place where suicide is considered an attempt to escape from unbearable pain. Sometimes it is tough to handle because the pain is too hard. Most importantly, suicide does not solve problem it only creates problems for those you care about. Depression is a mental disorder. Three out of ten people suffer from this disorder. During depression or mental health, people try to keep distance from the other. Many times the negative thoughts that go to his or her mind give rise to suicidal thoughts.
People suffering from depression create their own world and stop sharing feelings. They isolate themselves from the world. But that is not good. Instead of isolating from others, they need to talk with close ones about what they are going through. If you feel something is wrong, visit a counselor. They may provide you best solution, yoga or meditation tips and help you to overcome from disorder. Brain also requires a proper health.
Think about your family once before thinking about suicide. Spend time with your people, share your thoughts with them and talk about your problems. Life is very precious, don't end it like this. There are many ups and dows and stress in life, but to face and move forward is the identity of real hero. Be a warrior not a loser.
