SUICIDE IS NOT THE SOLUTION

Image
Yesterday we all read the news of the suicide of famous actor Sushant Singh Rajput. He was most calm, composed, hard working and inspiring actor. But depression is the reason behind his suicide. Not only this, a few days ago a police also tried to commit suicide. And reason behind his suicide attempt is also stress. In fact, there are many people who suffer from the stress and depression. And they feel that suicide is a way to avoid this situation. But the most important thing is that suicide is not the solution to any problem. The world is an unfair place where suicide is considered an attempt to escape from unbearable pain. Sometimes it is tough to handle because the pain is too hard. Most importantly, suicide does not solve problem it only creates problems for those you care about. Depression is a mental disorder. Three out of ten people suffer from this disorder. During depression or mental health, people try to keep distance from the other. Many times the negative thoughts that go

😪Sushanth, What Have You Done ?😪

Image
It was the usual busy Sunday morning! Family time, cooking spree, and a movie! After lunch, we all sat down to have a quick review of the corona news updates! I was arranging the crockery and heard the name Sushant! I instantly thought maybe he has done some good social work amidst corona. "Wait, go back to that channel dheeru ! Why is the flashing all over the channels? And then we read " SUSHANT SINGH RAJPUT IS NO MORE...!" I was completely aghast by that. Moreover, the reason for the death stated was that he succumbed to SUICIDE which was even more devastating to digest. When life serves you a platter of lemons, make lemonade out of it. Sushanth ~ Epitome of Success ! Not only an impeccable actor he was also a good human Being. I reminisce my college days, when I fell head over heels to this man who acted in Zee Tv hit serial PAVITRA RISHTA . His talents speak volumes. His foray into Bollywood with Kai Po Che was a hit. Since then he was unstoppable! M.S.Dhoni

Mental Health Is Important.

Image
The most underrated topic of discussion in our lives. I mean why can't we understand it is ok to not be ok. It's fine to ask for help to talk with your family and friends. it helps it does. People need to realize that there is no shame to discuss mental illness, If we are to believe stats then the number of people facing mental illness is very very high.  Before moving ahead it' s important to know that mental health can be affected due to depression , anxiety, stress, trauma, and many more. It is fine to face one or more of these during a lifetime but what is not fine is that you be not talking about it, discussing such situations with your close ones. And ultimately choose the wrong path.  I remember a dialogue said by Shahrukh khan sir in the film Dear Zindgi the cruces of which was "nobody wants to talk about mental health, Everyone is afraid of seeing a doctor related to these issues".  The point here is that if we are not going to talk about it how are

Gulabo Sitabo review: A big disappointment

Image
Gulabo Sitabo makers have perhaps done the right thing to release the film on Amazon Prime , rather than waiting for a theatrical release. It’s a big disappointment coming from director Shoojit Sircar , who has earlier directed Piku, October, Vicky Donor, and Madras Café . Gulabo Sitabo does not match the expectation of Sircar’s previous works and hence falls flat, despite a stellar performance from Amitabh Bachchan. The Big B plays Chunnan 'Mirza' Nawab, who plots to usurp the mansion owned by his wife, Fatima Begum, played brilliantly by Farrukh Jafar. But he has to deal with four tenants, and most notably Baankey Rastogi, played by Ayushmann Khurrana, who leads the war against the landlord. The squabbles and fights between the landlord and the tenants form the crux of the story. Then, there is the angle of the mansion being declared a heritage property, before it all boils down to Fatima Begum, who sells the mansion for peanuts and runs away with her lover, at 95. The plot

The Best Shows You Should Watch on Netflix Right Now (Bojack Horseman)

Image
Netflix definitely has a ton of quality content, no one can deny that! Quarantine was the best time to catch up with all the TV shows and movies on the list that you always postponed. That’s what I did, at least. If you are into animated adult shows, this genre is having its golden age right now! With shows like Big Mouth , Disenchantment , Rick and Morty , and of course, the one and only Bojack Horseman . I came into it because a friend showed it to me and I was immediately hooked! No surprise there since I am a sucker for cartoon entertainment, but there was something different about this specific show. There was a scarily accurate undertone, some parts didn’t really feel like fiction. It started as pure comedy gold, having the audience laughing at Bojack’s horrible life instances every episode. However, as the seasons progressed, the atmosphere truly became darker. The social issues it discusses were way too real. Bojack Horseman maybe a horse, but the way he coped, felt, and re
